But not to worry! I’ll share some tips with you that I share with our Sound Healing Certification students. The goal is to build a connection with your instruments and build confidence in yourself as a player. Keep things simple at first, and let your practice grow naturally over time.
What Are Crystal Singing Bowls?
Crystal singing bowls are made from high-purity quartz and tuned to specific frequencies that resonate with various energies, such as the chakras, Solfeggio, and planetary frequencies. When played with a mallet, they produce long, pure vibrations that amplify the bowl’s natural resonance.
